We manage paid acquisition systems for law firms on a monthly retainer basis. Pricing is designed to stay simple while scaling fairly as campaigns grow.

This covers ongoing management of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising for one practice area.

How Pricing Scales

As campaigns grow, pricing adjusts based on two factors only:

Number of practice areas advertised
Total monthly advertising budget under management

More practice areas and higher ad spend require more active monitoring, testing, optimisation, and compliance oversight.

Typical Retainer Ranges

Most firms fall into one of the following ranges:

£750 / month

Single practice area, lower ad spend

£1,250–£1,750 / month

Multiple practice areas or growing budgets

£2,000+ / month

Higher ad spend or more complex campaign structures

Short‑term increases in ad spend are fine. If higher budgets become ongoing, retainers are adjusted to the appropriate management tier.

Optional Add‑Ons

Short‑Form Video Editing

Video editing is available as an optional add‑on where it supports performance. Videos can be prepared for use in paid ads or for organic platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.

We work with a limited number of law firms at any one time to ensure focus and quality. This service is best suited to firms serious about predictable, ongoing client acquisition.

All services are provided on a monthly retainer basis. Advertising spend is paid directly to Meta and is not included in management fees.
